This performance of Забуд was during a musical variety program called 'Концерт №81'. Soviet television had a lot of musical events, so I'm currently not able to track down this specific one right now, nor what it was for. It aired in 1968.

Tamara Miansarova was a Soviet singer born in Zinovievsk, Ukraine. She had many hits, with her most popular song likely being 'Чёрный кот' ('Black cat'). Many of the songs she recorded were sung by other artists, both of her era and way after. She was given the title of People's Artist of Russia in 1996, and was given a star on Moscow's Star Square in 2004.
